Pasta fresh from the farmer's market

This post started out as just leftovers. On a Wednesday night, Harry Flager made some pasta with corn and chilies with the intention of submitting that as the recipe for the week, but he soon realized that many readers are looking for a more substantial dinner. So, the next day he headed to the farmer's market on Broadway, picked up some additional goods, and turned those leftovers into a more respectable meal.
