It's beginning to feel a lot like fall in NYC: the weather's unpredictable and street fairs are becoming all the rage. Today it's the 23rd Annual Upper Broadway Harvest Festival---spanning the west side of Broadway from 96th to 110th streets until about 6 p.m. Expect the usual ethnic foods ($1 Thai, anyone?), fried dough, and other assorted crafts. What better way is there to procrastinate than with a gyro full of greasy street meat?
