These aren’t the ice cream sandwiches you had as a child. Coolhaus, the truck with artisanal, handcrafted ice cream in exotic flavors, is worth all the hype. You can find the truck on Broadway between 114th and 115th streets on Wednesdays between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. If you’re not on campus that day, you can also catch the cart-version in front of the Museum of Natural History every weekend until mid-November.
