Dean of Student Affairs Kevin Shollenberger and Dean of Community Development and Multicultural Affairs Terry Martinez told Spectator that three brownstones will be added to Columbia undergraduate housing in the fall of 2013.
All three brownstones are on W. 113th street: 619, 621, and 623. Combined, they are expected to house 79 students in a mix of singles and doubles. However, the brownstones will only be available through special interest housing.
