V.P. of Communications Sarah Steinmann, BC ’13, noted that because Barnard sends out many emails a week, some students did not realize the importance of the enrollment policy change email concerning part-time students paying full-time tuition and may have ignored it out of habit. SGA discussed ways for Barnard to better communicate with students about important information.
There will be a town hall on Wednesday, October 26 from 6-8 p.m. in the James Room to discuss student utilization of the Diana Center.
Columbia Athletics will participate in Dig Pink Night when the volleyball teams hosts Yale on October 28 at 7 p.m. Similar to the Pink Zone Night basketball event, Dig Pink Night aims to raise awareness for breast cancer. There will be free t-shirts!
SGA meetings will now be held from 8:05 p.m. to 10:05 p.m.
