There are many different words I could’ve chosen for that headline to describe the game yesterday—steamrolled, demolished, embarrassed (but I already used that one!), DOA. But the bottom line is that the Lions are in a very bad place, as they were shutout by the Dartmouth Big Green 37-0 all the way in Hanover yesterday afternoon. The loss brings the Lions to 0-6 (0-3, Ivy) on the season, and pushes their losing streak to seven games, dating back to last season. After a strong showing versus Penn last week, hope sprang eternal for a big first victory. Alas, it clearly wasn't written in the stars. But now the question is...will the Lions even win a game this season? I know I don't have all the answers, but there are three quick thoughts after this jump.
