Here's something neat to take your mind off of the mess we have to call our football team midterms you're not studying for. This past week, a gala was held at Columbia's Casa Italiana to welcome what's believed to be the oldest sports artifact in the world. What is it, you ask? Well, it's step-by-step instructions for wrestling techniques that the ancient Greeks used for the olympics! It's apparently the only surviving "coaching manuel" that connects all the way back to the old-time version of the Olympics, meaning about 100-200 A.D.
