It’s November 1st. Halloween (or Halloweekend to some) is officially over. When we were kids, we lived for the coming weeks. We could eat all the candy we had worked so hard for that one night. But what ever happened to those costumes after Halloween?
Since mom probably didn't make your costume this year, you don't want to just throw all that effort—and money, if you did it up at Ricky's—away! Instead, here's what you can do with your costume now that Halloween is over:
Use your costume for a job interview
This only applies to the 99% of people who went as the 1%. Dust off your suit and wear it to your Goldman Sachs interview. Hopefully the irony will not be lost on them.
Use the face and body paint for sporting events
Face and body paint can be expensive, so if your costume called for crazy make-up this year, save the paint for that one Columbia athletics event you’ll go to in the remainder of the year—you might just win fan of the game!
