Alex Frouman, CC '12, is headed to England. The senior is among 40 Americans selected by the Marshall Scholarships program to pursue graduate studies in the United Kingdom next year. Frouman is a University senator and co-chair of the student affairs committee. He has been a prominent figure in the debate over whether to instate a campus-wide smoking ban.
