The stress of finals is upon us, but, for juniors, there’s an additional stress. As the semester winds down and students prepare to spend their spring semesters in exotic locations far away from Columbia, one question plagues the minds of campus monogamists: “Do I break up with my boyfriend/girlfriend before I go abroad?”
To help guide you in your decision-making, we’ve decided to tackle this decision the old-fashioned way---by compiling a list of pros and cons. Full disclosure: I made one of these lists myself when I was contemplating a study abroad in London, and it was immensely helpful (FYI, I ended up staying).
