Barnard delegation hears from Clinton, women leaders at State Department

Taking a break from studying for their final exams, 12 Barnard students traveled to Washington, D.C. this week for the inaugural colloquium of the Women in Public Service Project, a mentoring program dedicated to seeing women make up half the world's political leaders by 2050. At the event, hosted at the State Department, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton gave the keynote address, and Barnard students had the chance to ask questions of a dozen women leaders.
