Peyton Bell, the Columbia College junior severely injured in a hit-and-run last Sunday morning, was released from the hospital on Wednesday evening.

Bell was hit while exiting a cab at West 106th and Broadway and was in critical condition at St. Luke's before being transferred to Columbia-Presbyterian. The car fled the scene, and no arrests were made.
