We reported in October that the city's Department of Transportation will be wheeling out—no pun intended—an elaborate bike share program this summer. It's estimated to bring 10,000 bikes and 600 stations across the five boroughs. But at a trial run in the fall, organizers said they were not expecting to bring the bike share north of 79th Street.
