Election shenanigans: He's still not promising a run for President, but Stephen Colbert is holding a rally at the College of Charleston on Friday with the help of Herman Cain. Colbert missed the Nov.1 filing date to be on the South Carolina primary ballot, and Herman Cain, who has announced dropping out of the race in December, is still on it.
Colbert said, “A vote for Herman Cain in Saturday’s primary would be a strong message to me that voters want me to run." And based on Colbert's televised announcement, it's going to be pretty damn silly and/or great.
