A Morningside slice that doesn't suck?

This is New York City, the thin-crust slice's true and rightful home. And as Columbia students, we're living here, attempting to soak up as much veritable New York-ness as humanly possible.

So then, why is it that a really decent slice of Italian-American goodness is so hard to come by in our immediate neighborhood? Why have so many people resigned themselves to Domino's, Papa John's, and Famiglia (even in cases not requiring delivery at 2 a.m.)? It is, quite literally, a gut-wrenching issue.

But if you're like me in wanting more, you will be thrilled by Brooklynite Colin Hagendorf, aka Slice Harvester, a man who understands the importance of finding a truly delicious slice of pizza in Manhattan.
