Insider trading ban: Today, the Senate enthusiastically passed the Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge (STOCK) Act, a bill banning insider trading, 96 to 3. This is in hopes that Congress can restore voters' faith.
Groundhog predictions: Punxsutawney Phil and Staten Island Chuck had differing views on the next six weeks' weather. Chuck didn't see his shadow, signaling spring, but Phil saw his, meaning more winter.
