A review of the financial aid office is starting in earnest this month, with Dean of Financial Aid Laurie Schaffler hosting six student focus groups to talk about financial aid advising (sign up here). These focus groups—which will include students who do and students who don’t receive financial aid—will help Student Affairs craft a survey that will be sent to financial aid recipients, probably in early March.
