Highlights from last night’s Barnard Student Government Association meeting:
The weekly meeting concluded after just 45 minutes, instead of the typical two hours.
The representatives spent much of the meeting voting on what apparel should be made for SGA members to wear. SGA hopes that the apparel will create more visibility for it on campus. Malvina Kefalas, BC '14, created a preliminary digital design for the apparel---which might include quarter-zip sweatshirts, full-zip hoodies, crewneck t-shirts, V-neck t-shirts, sweatpants, and boxers---and representatives voted on which items of clothing to make. The votes were meant to gauge general preferences, but nothing was finalized.
