On Thursday, Spectator chatted with Columbia College Interim Dean James Valentini. Highlights from the interview:
A review of the Center for Career Education is nearing completion. A consultant working with Valentini and CCE Dean Kavita Sharma has been visiting colleges across the country, collecting data in order to compare the resources at Columbia to those available to students elsewhere. “Some changes will be made because we are always trying to make things better,” Valentini said. “But I can’t say how significant they will be.” The consultant still has three schools left to visit.
