Highlights from Monday night's Engineering Student Council meeting:
The terms of ESC's new election bylaws were a prominent issue at the meeting. Under the changes, the seniors on council will choose one ESC member to serve as the Elections Commissioner and to chair Elections Committee.
ESC members also discussed whether candidates should run on tickets or as individuals in future ESC elections, before ultimately voting against the ticket system. "[The non-ticket system] gives people more options," Donovan said. "More people would have the option to run even if they can't bring a party together, which is not possible in a ticket system."
