I am a huge supporter of gay rights. I am also a massive feminist. I have a rainbow flag hanging above my desk in my dorm room, next to a slew of women's studies books for my Feminist Texts class.
I've been known to read Out Magazine, watch LOGO, and quote lines from "Queer as Folk." Since high school, many of my friends have actually referred to me as an "expert on gay things."
