Taking attendance: Vice President of Communications Virat Gupta, CC '12, said the council has tended to have about 27 or 28 of its 32 members at each meeting since it made its Sunday night meetings non-mandatory, with turnout dipping as low as 18 members. Council members debated returning to mandatory meetings and alternating between town halls and traditional meetings, before voting 15-10 to reinstate mandatory meetings.
