March Baking Madness

There's two days left of Spring Break, so there's still time for three of my favorite things: baking, peanut butter, and chocolate! If you're back on campus, whip these scrumptious desserts up in no time in that lovely dorm-kitchen of yours.

To avoid sending my food-guilt-o-meter into overdrive, I decided to make things a little healthier by replacing butter with canola oil or yogurt (sounds weird, but it worked), sugar with honey/brown sugar, and using whole wheat flour. If that's not your thing, just substitute it back.
