Trayvon Martin: Florida Governor Rick Scott and Attorney General Pam Bondi have appointed a new prosecutor and plan to form an investigative committee in order to investigate the killing of Trayvon Martin, and examine the state's "Stand Your Ground" law (allows someone who is threatened to use deadly force). They hope that these actions will serve as preventative of any future circumstances as tragic as this. Police Chief Bill Lee has also announced that he will step down for the time being.
