Please, please, please let us have our packages

Columbia Rants is a series in which students sound off about things that annoy them.

Today was just a normal day. I unhappily hit the snooze button on my phone five times, practically fell out of my too-tall bed that I'm not yet accustomed to, and stumbled over to my laptop.

If only I had known what fate was in store for me. I thought the blaring alarm was my primary torture today, but I was wrong.

Something horrible happened: I received a notice from the package center.

Now, this has never been a particularly happy place for any student, so I was over the moon when I heard about the kiosks this summer: Imagine, tap on the first floor and find my package waiting for me on the fourth floor.

It would be like Christmas! Or Hannukah! Or Kwanzaa! Or, better than all of those: a special holiday when you receive mail without hassle!
