Green party: A guy named Richard Stratton filed paperwork to challenge Governor Andrew Cuomo in the next election. The catch is that he's a former publisher of infamous High Times magazine... and he's done time in prison for selling drugs.

Ouch: A kid in Texas was kicked out of a bar for drinking underage. While that doesn't seem too out of the ordinary, the teen responded to law enforcement by having a vice grip on and twisting an officer's testicles.
