In this day and age of high resolution 1080p video recording on our phones and digital cameras, why are UFO videos still grainy and blurry?

Because Bigfoot has very shaky hands and the iPhone 5 is very large, so it is difficult for him/her to hold it still enough to get a good shot. Bigfoot also has a real fondness for Instagram so that sometimes distorts the photos.
