In an email to Barnard students sent out yesterday, Barnard President Debora Spar announced that an open forum for Barnard students, faculty, and staff will be held tonight at 6 p.m. to discuss feelings on the Newtown tragedy, as well as how it affects the Barnard campus.
Earlier this week, Columbia students held a candlelight vigil on Low Steps for the victims of the shooting.
