For every dance-loving Columbian who has tried unsuccessfully to start a massive dance party, here is your answer -- this weekend's long-awaited CU Dance Marathon will have a full 18 hours of music and performances from Raw Elementz to 90s hits.
Marathoners are raising money for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. The organization "strives to stop mother-to-child transmission of HIV through research, advocacy, prevention and treatment programs," CUDM Secretary Anne Steele wrote in an email.
There will be massages, food, and free t-shirts, and even if you didn't purchase a ticket back in December, it isn't too late to pick one up at the TIC.
