For the third consecutive year, Barnard will host the Athena Film Festival, celebrating the work and accomplishments of female filmmakers in 2012.
The festival is marked by several very prominent guests, including producer Gale Ann Hurd of "The Walking Dead," who will be receiving an award.
The weekend will feature film screenings -- including four Oscar-nominated movies -- and several Q&As with women involved in film and TV. See more details about our coverage after the jump.
