FroSci lecture continues to invite scrutiny

Press coverage and commentary about the University’s decision to review Emlyn Hughes’ Frontiers of Science lecture (a very different 5 minutes with Professor Hughes) continues---creating possibly the most compelling incentive for undergraduates never to skip a FroSci lecture.

The incident was covered (to name just a few) by The Atlantic Wire, Fox News, the Examiner, the New York Daily News,  and The Huffington Post. ABC News also interviewed students on campus.

Fake Lee Bollinger tweeted about it:

Emlyn Hughes is the reason I hate giving out tenure.

Several thought that Twitter account was really Lee Bollinger:

That's embarassing. MT @janewells: Has Columbia Pres. @lee_bollinger been hacked? "Emlyn Hughes is the reason I hate giving out tenure"
