As a part of SEAS’s Engineering Week, the thrilling and much anticipated game of CU Assassins will kick off at the end of the week. This year, unlike years before, the game is opened to Barnard students as well.
With heightened competition, the stakes are higher than ever before, so here are a few tips to up your game.
May the most stealth win!
Planning
When you receive your target, figure out everything about them. Stalk them on Facebook and Google Images. The most important information you'll need is their schedule.
The new “Roster” tab on CourseWorks, Columbia's newest (and hottest) form of social networking, will be of great help. Plan your attack strategically. Make sure you aren't followed, have back up just in case, and run through the mission before you move in for the kill.
Wait outside their classroom and attack before class begins. Quick, easy, and now they have to sit through lecture wet. Sucks to suck, kids!
Your Name
You and your team should have special code names for each other. Walkie-talkies are an added bonus, despite their debatable existence. Cellphones on silent can be used in a pinch.
