Katie Best-Richmond: How would you describe your personal style?
Sarah Ryder: I would say it’s pretty much based on comfort. I think I’m a little bit of a tomboy, and I’m always wearing oversized, baggy clothes in simple colors and layers.
KBR: What is your favorite piece to wear?
SR: Probably my leather jacket. It’s from Maje and I got it for my birthday last year. I was looking for the perfect leather jacket for so long, so now that I have it, I wear it way too much.
KBR: What store do you always find yourself in?
SR: Opening Ceremony. They’re always changing, and there are always new things going on. I like how it’s more of a concept store, so it’s more than just clothes. It’s lifestyle-ish. There’s a lot of art-inspired stuff.
KBR: How did you first become interested in fashion?
