The Columbia men’s tennis team had mixed results this weekend, beating Old Dominion 5-1, and then falling 4-0 to Radford, which is ranked 67th nationally, the following day. The weekend split puts the Lions at 2-1 on the spring season with Ivy League play still about six weeks away.

Putting an end to the Lions’ six-meet winning streak, Princeton defeated the Columbia women’s swimming and diving team 123-156 on Saturday. The Lions are now 8-2 overall (4-2 Ivy) with one meet left on the season.

You can tell a lot about a city from its subway system. Tokyo’s is high-tech and overcrowded, London’s is clean, closes early, and is obnoxiously expensive for tourists, and LA’s is, well, mostly for show.
