The Columbia men’s swimming and diving team went into Monday’s meet against Fordham expected to dominate. The Lions did just that, winning 11 of 16 events and rolling to a 184-116 victory in a true team effort.

This past Saturday I woke up around 11:30, took a shower, checked my fantasy basketball team, and proceeded to get dressed. After throwing on some jeans, kicks, two T-shirts, a sweater, scarf, jacket, and hat, I hopped on the 1 train and went uptown.

Theater aficionados have been declaring the death of Broadway for as long as many of us can remember, and the current stagehand strike is no help. Every season, it’s supposedly on its way out. At least once a year, the American musical is pronounced dead on arrival.
