Former Teachers College President Arthur Levine, who announced in September he would step down this summer, has been appointed president of the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation in Princeton, N.J.
The foundation announced the move Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2005.

I've always held the radical notion that those individuals who serve or served in our nation's armed forces deserve our deepest thanks and utmost respect. Apparently, Columbia and the Columbia discrimination policy disagree.

My older cousin told me that the first winter break of your college career is always a weird experience. I didn't really believe that. While my friends were traveling to exotic places like Peru and Westchester County, I was heading to Cedar Falls, Iowa, where I've lived for the past 18 years.
