Well, friends, after nearly a month in Madrid, Spain, where I am currently studying abroad, I'm happy to report that I am still alive. I am, however, slowly losing my grasp of the English language, but I'm pretty sure that will up the entertainment factor on this column.

In New York City basketball circles, the name Niko Scott rings a bell. A sweet shooting lefty with ties to local powerhouse Christ the King, Scott was close to being a member of Joe Jones' second recruiting class. If he has his way, he'd like to find himself as part of the third.
