Columbia Community Outreach spread out all over New York City last Saturday.
Due to the rain, many of the events that would have been outside were canceled or held indoors instead. Unfortunately, some groups of volunteers still had to work in the rain.

Last month Spectator reported that the President's Commission on Higher Education was considering creating standardized federal testing to gauge learning in America's colleges. Last week the commission met in Indianapolis.
