Senator Hillary Clinton is up for re-election this November. She is facing a very conservative candidate from a moribund state Republican party, and she will very likely win by a wide margin. I will vote for her-reluctantly.

Columbia students aren't exactly known for their thick skins. It seems like any time something remotely un-PC surfaces in the campus dialogue, petitions are signed, letters are written, and protests staged, no matter how innocuous the matter might be.
But this is ridiculous.

The red course at Bethpage State Park allowed anything but red numbers for the most the part during this weekend's McLaughlin hosted by St. John's. The men's golf team made its first appearance in the event, finishing in a tie for ninth out of a field of 16 teams.

Columbia Tennis earned some encouraging victories at Princeton's Farnsworth Invitational to open their season. Marty Moore made the semi-finals in the A flight of singles before losing to UPenn's Jason Pinsky, the number one seed and eventual tournament winner.
