Two weeks after returning from California, the wrestling team heads to Buffalo, N.Y., this weekend to compete in the New York State Championships. The Lions, ranked 24th in the nation, will begin competition today in the two-day tournament.

The Columbia Musical Theatre Society, or CMTS, is not a bunch of artsy singers who happen to know every song from Rent backward and forward. CMTS had a solid run last semester as the parent group to the productions of Jonathan Larson's Tick, Tick... Boom!

LateNite Theatre is real college theater-written, directed, and performed entirely by students. It's also a real college activity because there's alcohol involved at multiple stages of the productions.

The name says it all: NOMADS-an acronym for New and Original Material Authored and Directed by Students. The group began in spring 2003, when a Barnard student didn't have a method to produce the musicals that she wrote.
