I think it's time that I came out of the closet on something. I know that this may come as a bit of a shock to some of you, and many of you may be disappointed, but it's time that I got this out in the open. I'm a PC user, and I'm proud of it.

Last week, Fix-It looked at a broken help box on 119th Street and Claremont Avenue. While the box has not yet been fixed, according to Bill Plackenmeyer, director of Barnard security, a contractor is expected to repair it in the near future.

According to a Johns Hopkins study, the estimated number of deaths in Iraq since March of 2003 is 655,000. It's 500 violent deaths per day, more than 20 times George W. Bush's estimate of 30,000 civilian deaths in a speech he gave in December of 2006.

Much has been said in the post-Sept. 11 world about Europe's supposed cultural malaise. Commentators decry "Eurabia" for its weak, pandering multiculturalism, its pacifism, and its political correctness. Perhaps this is all true.
