The Broadway malls have no Macy's, Denny's, or Taco Bells. They forego fast food for flowers and replace parking lots with plants, creating what the Broadway Mall Associations' web site calls "an urban oasis" of shrubbery.

There is no pressing need for ROTC on campus. This is not because a large cross-section of our campus is opposed to the war in Iraq--the argument about ROTC has absolutely nothing to do with the war. The two issues are completely unrelated; when the war is over, ROTC will remain an issue.
