In search of a leader to replace its recently departed head coach, the Columbia sailing team turned to Kevin Lampo, head coach at Ohio University. Lampo will replace Mike McAllister, who held the post for four years and guided the team to its first ever Ivy championship last fall.

Next spring, the Biosphere will be on its own. Columbia University and Decisions Investment Corporation, the company that owns the Biosphere, have settled the lawsuit filed in March, the parties announced yesterday in a joint press release.

Robert Rosen, CC '03, is currently working as a paralegal for Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Though the job was not the political science major's first choice, he accepted it because it allowed him to remain in the city and get paid well.
