U.S. Senator and Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards (D-N.C.) told a crowd of 1,200 in Lerner Hall yesterday that he will be the next president of the United States.
The 35-minute speech, broadcast live by Fox News, was Edwards' first stop in a five day tour of New York.
