As the graduate student strike stretched into its fourth day yesterday and the picket line moved to the Health Sciences campus, professors continued to deal with the ramifications of the strike.

1. A proposal is submitted to the Department of City Planning, C. Virginia Fields (Manhattan Borough President), the City Council, and Community Board 9.
2. The Department of City Planning certifies the plans are complete and valid. There is no time limit.
