On its 250th anniversary, Columbia has become more preoccupied with tradition than ever before. What follows are two of my own traditions that I bequeath to my fair alma mater as graduation nears. I am not concerned about taking credit. I am merely a voice for the muses of Morningside.

With history on the line, the softball team came up short. The Lions split their series with Princeton, leaving them 7-7 in a four-way tie for fourth place in the Ivy League. For the past four years, the Lions had increased their Ivy win total by one game, each successive season.
