Senior centerfielder Fernando Perez was drafted in the seventh round of the MLB draft yesterday by the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.
Perez, who made second-team All-Ivy this season, posted a .317 average and led the Ivy League with 18 stolen bases. He was the 195th selection in the draft.
