A few weeks ago, I witnessed a loud, forceful, and misguided protest against sweatshop labor by Columbia students from the feet of Alma Mater. I am sorry she had to share her sunny afternoon with such a farcical scene.

In high school, Christopher Scruton dreamed of swimming at a Division I program, but when he arrived at Columbia, the Californian began to see his aspirations slip away. After years of intense swimming in high school, Scruton suffered a severe back injury in November of 2003.
