The NCAA should really clear up its fine print in marketing its basketball tournament. March Madness is known for upsets and big moments, but in reality those compelling stories that generally make the tournament worth watching happen in the first and second rounds.

There are a lot of things one can say about Sin City. It’s too violent. The story lines are rushed. Jessica Alba is not given nearly enough screen time. What I find unjustifiable is the criticism that Sin City is not art, and yet this is what I hear the most.

Good luck ignoring globalization. The jury’s still out on whether it’s bad, horrible, or simply the latest in business fashion, but it’s been around for a while, and it’ll be around for some time to come.
