This course is part of the Customer Service Track and will enable you to apply effective communication and EI skills in potentially challenging situations. Participants will learn techniques to proactively prevent and learn ways to handle challenging situations with patients and colleagues.Learning Objectives:

To review Emotional Intelligence skills and how the failure to use them can impact a patient visit
